Terms and Conditions for the Online Sale of Goods and Services

(b) These terms require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions.

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy under these terms. Orders must be accepted by us before a sale is binding. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once accepted. Orders can be cancelled before confirmation by emailing warehouse@sorite.com or calling 888-379-3232.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

(a) Prices are subject to change. Taxes and shipping charges are additional and shown at checkout.

(b) We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AmEX. You represent that your payment information is valid and that you’re authorized to use it.

4. Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss

Shipping details are available on each product page. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days with products in original condition. Contact us for an RMA. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and do not include shipping refunds. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

6. Limited Warranty

We warrant that products and services will be free from defects for 1 year. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and does not cover misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us for an RMA. We may repair, replace, or refund the product or service. Our liability is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations.

7. Goods Not for Resale or Export

Products are for personal, household, or business use only. You may not resell or export them.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property remains the property of SoRite, LLC or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you.

10. Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, labor strikes, etc.).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration, waiving your right to court or class action. Arbitration is administered by AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

13. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.

14. No Waivers

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.

15. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These terms do not grant rights to any third parties.
